WHO WE ARE

THE net STORY

unifying the body of christ for the end-time harvest

The NET International Ministries was birthed in the hearts of Pastors Shann and Celeste Laribo through the leading of the Holy Spirit. The vision for The NET was written shortly after Pastor Shann was released from his job—a pivotal moment that marked the beginning of a faith-filled journey.

What began as a small Bible Study in the Laribos’ home in 2000—with just nine people in attendance—quickly began to grow. By October of that year, The NET held its first official service, continuing to meet in their home until February 2001.

As the congregation expanded, services moved to the auditorium of Sangaree Middle School and remained there until May 2001, when The NET transitioned into its current worship facility.

Over the years, The NET has seen tremendous growth—both spiritually and numerically. Foundational ministries like Men’s Fellowship and our Baptism Services were developed to strengthen the body of Christ. In 2007, The NET Community Development Corporation was launched as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, extending our reach to serve Berkeley and Dorchester Counties.

Today, The NET International Church, Inc. is a thriving, Spirit-led ministry with over 20 active ministries, led by dedicated Covenant Partners. Whether within our church walls or out in the community, we labor in love to carry the Gospel, develop leaders, and impact lives.

To be a global ministry that nurtures Kingdom-minded disciples, builds strong families, and restores communities - One Soul, One City, One Nation at a time.

OUR ministers

The ministerial team of The Net International Church is a Spirit-led, purpose-driven group of servant leaders committed to advancing the Kingdom of God. United by the mission to “Unify the Body of Christ for the End-Time Harvest,” this team operates in love, humility, and boldness—equipping believers, nurturing discipleship, and mobilizing the church to reach souls across every generation and nation.

Together, they serve with integrity and spiritual authority—shepherding the flock, teaching sound doctrine, and cultivating a Christ-centered community prepared and empowered for the return of the Lord.
